Leave Balance

Definition

The number of leave days an employee currently has available to take, as shown in their HRMS account. It reflects the total entitlement, adjusted for days already taken and any accrued, carried-forward, or lapsed leave. Real-time leave balances prevent disputes and support accurate payroll processing.
